Sydney just helped us purchase a piece of rural land in the Finger Lakes area. It was complicated by the fact that there were 11 elderly sellers, and we do not yet live in the area. Sydney was a champ in every way, throughout the entire process. I am a recent former real estate agent myself, so I don't have time for incompetence or lack of trustworthiness... I've seen too much in the way of realtor shenanigans. Sydney was zero shenanigans. She was forthright and honest when she didn't know something, then did the work to get the necessary knowledge and info so that we could make smart decisions. She's chill, a good communicator, and really pleasant to work with. She was proactive on our behalf, and provided thorough info, resources, and explanations to help us through the process. We plan to work with Sydney again.
