About Jill Burlington

Jill Burlington has what it takes to go the extra mile for her clients. As a marathon runner and fitness instructor, her energy, endurance, and attention to detail are what clients need to successfully complete a home purchase or sale. Jill knows her terrain well from nearly 20 years of experience living in the Ithaca area. During that time, she has grown to appreciate all that the region has to offer – a diverse and well-educated population, a thriving culture, safe and friendly neighborhoods, and a unique natural landscape.

A working mother with two college aged sons, Jill has been actively involved in local schools, including active roles on the PTA, as a basketball coach for her younger son’s third, forth and fifth grade team, and as a member of the high school athletic boosters and touch down clubs. Jill has also contributed her talents to the community by serving on civic organizations including the Ithaca Urban Renewal Agency, the city’s Economic Development Committee and the Ithaca Planning Board. As a result, she has an amazing resource of community contacts and friends that she leverages in her work as a realtor.

“We have some great neighborhoods, and each is special in its own way,” Jill says. “I know them all well, and I can familiarize my clients with the available options in terms of housing, schools and community assets.”

When I was prepared to sell my parents’ home in Van Etten, I enlisted the help of two other real estate agencies for six-month terms.
